Marcy is BACK!

Sophomore Marcy Miller, who has been sidelined since injury in the 2009 opener, landed a 9.725 on beam to go with her 9.600 on vault.

HEAD COACH JOHN LAVALLEE

We used a lot of the kids [on Sunday] who had been injured or who were not part of the 12 that we traveled on Friday. We had a couple of people who wanted to do both days, and they hadn’t competed quite as much. For those who compete quite a bit, it turned into a long weekend for them, which is good for this part of the season. In reality, it was a bonus to add a meet. It gave us a chance to get people like Marcy Miller back in the lineup and in front of the judges.

Aggies Head Coach John Lavallee said “We didn’t exactly have our `A’ team because Marcy Miller had the flu, so we didn’t compete her.”
